You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability.
You also have the right to object to the processing of your data if it is based on Article 6(1)(e) or Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
If your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to such processing, including profiling, to the extent that it is related to direct marketing.

Your data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the GDPR.

Your data is processed on a voluntary basis and will be stored only as long as necessary to achieve the stated purposes, or until you withdraw your consent or effectively object to processing. The retention period may be extended for the limitation period of potential claims if processing is necessary to establish, pursue, or defend such claims.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for data protection — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) — if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000) or the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
